As part of the Women in Business workshop series
REAL WOMEN CO. is proud to present:
Confidence is Key
We work hard to be successful and keep everything in line and reach goals we set for ourselves. Though, for many women, it still isn’t enough. No matter how much we can fit into our diary in 24 hours, we still feel as though we are falling short, that maybe we aren’t “enough” in some way.
Maybe if only we were more organised, more disciplined, more assertive, more strategic, surer of ourselves – maybe just then we would reach the top and achieve our goals we have our heart set on.
We continuously critique ourselves on what we didn’t do, what we haven’t yet done and what we did that wasn’t good enough. Speaking to other women we heard so many women share their struggle with feeling unworthy of their success and unsure of their ability.
The only way to change this is to build self-confidence.
Women tend to doubt ourselves more and back ourselves less than men.
It’s why we must consciously decide to do step into our own power and dare to do more than we think we’re capable of doing. After all, all true leadership begins on the inside; changing the world around us starts with changing the world within us.
Your ability to communicate your ideas, get your point across, lead your teams or simply maintain professional credibility can mean the difference between success and failure.
Competition is fierce in the business world and if you can have more and better tools, know how and when to use them, you will enhance both your career satisfaction and prospects.
In this workshop we will discuss the tools needed to improve performance in areas of: self-belief; self-confidence; communicating; personal style; and more.
The focus of this workshop is on practical, theraputic and styling tools.
So if you’re wondering what you can do to build your confidence, banish your doubt and make your mark, first look within and ask yourself this question:
What would I do today if I were being really brave?
